Companies big and small, such as Monster.com, Goodwill Industries, and local professional companies who have all benefited without being at odds with the landlord. We have negotiated leases as small as 1,000 square feet and as large as 130,000 square feet for Xircom, a division of Intel and have saved companies as much as $270,000.00 per year. Best of all, our services are at no cost to the tenant since the landlord broker shares their fee with us, which is already built into the rental rate.

Dorn and Company – Commercial Lease Advisors was founded in 1984 by Mr. Todd Dorn. In 1985 the company was the United States Small Business of the year recipient. Over 1,500 companies have entrusted the expertise of Dorn and Company – Commercial Lease Advisors with their commercial real estate needs, whether for business relocation or a lease re-negotiation.

HISTORY & FOUNDER

Todd Dorn aka “The Lease Doctor” established his Commercial Real Estate Tenant Representation Firm in 1984 after working several years for one of the top Commercial Real estate firms in the nation where he was a leading performer and innovator

After several years with the national firm, Mr. Dorn realized that the needs of small to medium sized businesses were not being represented fairly and that all the advantage was always with the landlord in a leasing transaction.

Mr. Dorn spent over a year interviewing tenants large and small to come up with a program that would equitably represent their interests and from their perspectives.

In 1984 Mr. Dorn launched his firm, Dorn and Company later to be known as Dorn and Company-Commercial lease Advisors and within one year his firm was honored in 1984 at Washington DC as the SBA Business Small Business of the year. For the last 30 years Mr. Dorn has successfully negotiated over 1,500 lease transactions on behalf of large and small Commercial Tenants
